SmartInvoice processes customer data in a legal, fair and transparent manner. Its processing is based on a legitimate purpose and assumes responsibility and does not process the data for any purpose other than legitimate purposes.

For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information you send to us electronically. The encryption process protects your information, by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer.

Your data is stored on AWS Servers that have strict physical access protocols, meaning there are rules in place limiting access to only the people who need it to do their jobs. The facilities are controlled with 24/7 monitoring, and the technology is digitally protected. Abzer will be performing an annual Web Application Scanning to ensure that that the Applications is secure.

SmartInvoice doesn't capture, process or store any credit card numbers. Credit card information will be captured directly by the payment gateway.

We may be required by law to preserve or disclose your personal information and service data to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, including to meet national security requirements.

The data will be stored in the user account as per the Subscription Plan agreed. Upon termination of the user account, the data will get deleted from the database.

We support integrations with third-party products and services. If you choose to enable any third-party integrations, you may be allowing the third party to access your service information and personal information about you. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of the third-party services and products before you enable integrations with them.

The data may be accessed by Abzer employees so that they can identify, analyze and resolve any issues. We ensure that access by our employees to your service data is restricted to specific individuals, and is logged and audited. Our employees will also have access to data that you knowingly share with us for technical support or to import data into our products or services. We communicate our privacy and security guidelines to our employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the organization.

We use cookies to remember users's settings, store login addresses, authenticate users, run website experiments, and store analytics data.
